Ahwatukee home prices held steady in Q1 — here's what's selling
Median sale price in 85048 ticked up 1.4% year-over-year, while inventory finally crept back above 90 days.

The Ahwatukee market continues to defy the doom narrative coming out of other Phoenix submarkets. Median sale price across 85044, 85048, and 85045 closed Q1 at $612,000 — a 1.4% gain over the same quarter last year.
Inventory, however, is finally loosening. Active listings sat on the market a median 92 days, up from 71 a year ago. Sellers who priced realistically still moved homes in under 30.
