Toastmasters Meets Friday Morning at Esperanza Lutheran—Public Speaking Made Simple

Public speaking doesn't have to be scary, and Ahwatukee's Toastmasters chapter proves it every Friday morning. The group meets at Esperanza Lutheran Church on Friday, October 9th from 8:00 am to 9:00 am, welcoming newcomers and seasoned speakers alike. In a supportive environment, members take turns giving short speeches, offering constructive feedback, and practicing the skills that matter in work and life.

Toastmasters has been around for nearly a century because it works. You don't need to be a natural talker to show up; most people come because they want to improve, and the group is built around helping each other get better. The Friday morning slot is ideal for those who want to start their week with a dose of confidence and community.

Whether you're nervous about presentations at work, want to be more comfortable speaking in meetings, or simply enjoy the company of folks working toward the same goal, a single visit costs nothing and takes one hour. Bring yourself, an open mind, and maybe a cup of coffee. The group meets regularly throughout the year, so you can join anytime.
