Foothills Club West (usually just called Club West) is the western frontier of Ahwatukee — newer construction, more single-level floor plans, and direct access to South Mountain's western trailheads. It's also the only Ahwatukee community that sits fully in the 85045 ZIP code.

The defining issue for Club West buyers is the long-running future of the former Club West Golf Course corridor. Active community groups, ongoing redevelopment talks, and HOA involvement matter — ask any agent about the latest before you write an offer.

Inside Club West are several gated enclaves — Fairway Hills at Club West offers smaller patio-style homes; other pockets feature larger semi-custom builds. Despite the corridor question, sale prices here have held up well, helped by larger lots and floor plans that didn't get built east of I-10.
